We have multiple ways to pay rent. You can pay through your online resident portal, or you can bring a check or money order to our leasing office.

Our residents are responsible for gas, electricity, and any cable or internet service they like.  WC Smith will handle all water and trash fees,

Renters insurance is not required, but we strongly recommend it. It can help you repair or replace your personal property due to many types of damage or theft. Rental insurance ranges from about $12 to $20 per month and you are welcome to use any company you prefer. WC Smith property insurance will not cover your belongings.
